1.I was thinking I'd go easy on my four-miler this morning, but my legs though otherwise. Everytime I felt I was going a little fast and tried to slow down, I just couldn't. My sore left glute is feeling much better, I didn't feel it at all while I was running. Splits were 8:20, 8:19, 8:24, 7:56 for an average pace of 8:14.
