Cheribundi Review

I recently had the opportunity to participate in Cheribundi's 7-Day Challenge. I started by assessing how I felt after exercise and also graded my sleep. I then drank Cheribundi for seven days and reassessed how I felt. Before I share my results here's a little information about Cheribundi and the juice I tried.


Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice - 
100% juice and packed with 50 cherries in each 8 oz. bottle.


Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice Light - 
The same great flavor as the original sweetened with natural Stevia leaf and with only 80 calories per 8 oz. bottle vs. 130 calories in the original.


Cheribundi Tart Cherry Relax - 
With L-Theanine, a tea extract, Relax is great to enjoy on those days you need to take it easy or as beverage before settling in for the night.


Cheribundi Tart Cherry Restore - 
Restore is packed with electrolytes and vitamins including 100% of your daily value of Thiamin, Riboflavin, B6, B12, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, and Folic Acid to give you a pick-me-up when you need it the most.


Cheribundi Tart Cherry Rebuild - 
With cherries and whey protein as the main ingredients, Rebuild aid in muscle recovery after exercise.


So what do I think? 

I've always loved the tartness of cranberry juice, but never a huge fan of anything cherry flavored. I dare say that Cheribundi has changed my view of cherries. This is one delicious juice! It was also difficult keeping the boys away from it so I could do this review. While I can't say for certain that drinking Cheribundi alone helped me recover faster from running or sleep better at night (I might have needed a longer trial period), I would definitely recommend Cheribundi as a delicious way to get more fruits in your diet.

  7. I haven't tried it but it sounds awesome. I love juice, period.. it's a problem.. had to go cold turkey when I went low carb.

  15. I have not tried this but would love to! I am trying to get healthier as I am getting older. I am in my early 50's but still feel like I am in my 20's an I want that to last!

  16. I've never tried Cheribundi before, but I love cherries. My favorite juice is freshly squeezed orange juice.
