2. Marathon training run #2 was four miles and was the first time I've run on back-to-back days since Reach the Beach: MA over a year ago. I woke up late (really need to go to bed earlier) and contemplated just going out with the double stroller again, but Ian can go to work late on certain days so I got up and got it done. I'm really trying to focus on negative splits and today it was a success.
