More randomness...

I promise I'll get back to writing posts that are actually planned out and about something specific, but for now I'm just trying to keep up.

I'm hoping this baby will help me do just that.

Ian and I finally ran out of minutes on our crappy Tracfones at the same time, so we pulled the trigger and got iPhones! We are both very excited and stayed up past midnight last night playing with them. This baby is going to open up a world of opportunities for me (and you, my readers, as well) just in regards to this blog. I am stoked!

After picking Zeke up from school, we all headed to the bike path in Brunswick for a family run. I'm loving Monday in that respect...plus it's my only day off of the week. I'm probably the only person in the world who actually looks forward to Mondays! I ran one mile pushing the stroller, the continued on for another solo mile while Ian stopped to stretch with the boys. I was flying with my pace in the 7s and even saw a 6:45 on the Garmin when I was almost back to the boys. My split was 8:07 for that mile only because Zeke was running out to meet me with .02 to go, so that affected the time. Then one mile back with the stroller for a total of three miles.

That's all for now because it's turning into another beautiful day out there! Maybe I'll take some pictures since I had now share them instantly!

  1. I resisted getting an iphone for a long time and then my husband forced me into it with a Christmas present. I actually really love it and find I can do so much more, so much easier when it comes to social media. I can be a lot more connected throughout the day. Enjoy! (Also, just followed ya on Instagram, I'm @ndscottnygren if you want to view someone new too!)

  2. I think I'm the only person in the world that does not have an iPhone or a data package.
Where did you get your iPhones? and did you have to buy a data package with one of the wireless carriers? that's what keeps me from buying a nice phone I don't want to be tied to a cell package.

  3. Welcome to the world of smart phone! I won't bash you for getting the iPhone ;).
