Worm Track Tuesday

I first want to apologize to all the poor worms that I may have squashed at my track workout this morning. At first it was dark and I didn't realize that you guys were scattered all over the track after last night's rain. When it got lighter I tried my best not to step on you, but seriously, get back on the grass!

My right shoe has developed a squeak that was quite annoying, but I'm hoping it was only because the track was wet. We'll have to see on Thursday's run.

Today's workout:
1 mile warm up
6 x 800 @ 3:36 w/ 1:30 RI
1 mile cooldown

My splits - 
1 - 3:34
2 - 3:35
3 - 3:28
4 - 3:30
5 - 3:27
6 - 3:31

Somehow, these 800s seemed much easier than the 10 400s I did last week. I'll take it though!
